We want you to feel secure with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Pacsafe products in their original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your anti-theft gear, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels are still attached to the product.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
